With Mother Nature's latest gift overnight, I wanted to give you a few tips and tricks on how to remove this snow without hurting yourself.
First things first, it's a lot of snow out there, so make sure that you take some breaks.
Don't try to do it all at once!
Then the next thing we're gonna talk about is to keep your core nice and tight.
When you go to move the snow, I want you to push it rather than try and lift it.
If you do lift it, I want you to lift it with your legs.
You're gonna scoop, lift with your legs, walk to where you need to put the snow too, and pivot with your entire body getting rid of the snow.
I'm going to show you what not to do.
No twisting and moving like this.
You're going to first try and push it if you can, and then lift with your legs, turn, pivot, get rid of the snow, okay?
Push it, lift with your legs, turn, pivot, get rid of the snow.
Take frequent breaks.
Keep your core tight.
If you do hurt yourself, we're here for you.
Please follow those tips and tricks so that you don't injure yourself
